No. Unfortunately, MINDBODY (MB), which is used to access our Studio, Clinic and Education services, is NOT integrated with our BH On Demand (BHOD) technology. This means that you need different logins (i.e. username and password) for each of these two systems.

If you change your user name, password and credit card information in your MB account, this will NOT be reflected in your BHOD account, and vice versa. Please ensure that if you have a MB account AND a BHOD account, that you keep both of these accounts up-to-date. Thank you!

• Go to BHonDemand.com (note: as BHonDemand.com is a separate system that requires a unique login/account, you cannot use your Body Harmonics MINDBODY Studio, Clinic and/or Education account to sign in)

• Choose between Annual, Monthly, or 3 Months subscription

• Enter your Email, Name and Password

• Agree to the Terms (checkbox)

• Fill out Billing Details

You cannot share your login details with others. Sharing compromises our commitment to quality and fairness. Thank you for understanding!

• Underneath, click “Have a promo code or discount?”

• Enter code and select (apply)

• Codes are not case sensitive

• In some cases credit cards are required

• Go to BHonDemand.com (this website)

• Choose Sign In in upper right

• Enter your email and password

• If it doesn’t work, please reset your password (this fixes most problems)

• Go to Login and sign in with your username and password

• Go to your Active Packages

• Click the next to your package

• Select the button Cancel

• You will be prompted “Are you sure you’d like to cancel?” Select “YES” and the process is done

Please note: To avoid being charged and/or having your membership automatically renew, we recommend that you cancel your membership prior to the end of your free trial or at your next renewal date. • Your membership will stay in place until the end of your billing cycle

• An annual membership will expire 365 days after date of purchase/activation

• A monthly membership will expire on the calendar date of the day you purchased. Example: If you purchase a monthly membership on November 15 and cancel on November 30, your account remains active and available for use until December 15

Your account may have expired:

Login with your username and password
• Select Dashboard from the top menu
• Review your account information
• Be sure that your credit card information is accurate/valid
• If you were on a trial, double check that it has not expired. If so, you may need to purchase a subscription to continue viewing videos

There can be technical issues that can also cause you to stop viewing videos:
• You may be experiencing issues with your internet speed, which may be a result of a poor internet connection from your Internet Service Provider. You can test your internet speed using speedtest.net
• You may have technical issues with your web browser. If so, try an alternative. For example, if you are unable to play on Chrome web browser, please try Safari web browser
• Please try viewing the videos through our apps if you are still unable to view videos using your computer: iOS and Android

If Stripe (our online merchant account) rejects a credit card, please call your bank/credit card company to verify that your card has not been compromised or that you have not reached your limit.

Unfortunately, if a card is not accepted by our Stripe merchant account (for credit card processing), the best solution is to use an alternative card or call your bank/credit card company to look into the issue.

Body Harmonics On Demand is built on and operated through a third-party technology provider. Technology features may be discontinued or changed from time-to-time. Most feature changes are based on user requests and/or advances in technology. They may take some time to adjust to but are generally considered to enhance user experience. Thank you for your patience.

At Body Harmonics On Demand we want to help you move well and feel great. In order to do this, we regularly review, retire and/or refresh our digital content (i.e. videos and eBooks). The decision to remove digital content from Body Harmonics On Demand may be based on any or all of the following criteria: production quality, available rights, popularity, seasonality, advances and/or changes in teaching methodology, and to make room for fresh new content (i.e. our offerings can be limited by third-party storage capacity). We also sometimes move digital content from one category to another to improve user experience, accommodate technology restraints or leverage new features. We recommend using the search bar on our platform to search for content that you believe may have been moved.

Because of the above noted reasons, Body Harmonics cannot guarantee that video titles or eBooks will always remain available on our platform and/or within a particular subscription. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but are happy to be able to provide you with an abundant amount of fresh content on our platform. Refreshing and/or removing content from a video streaming platform for the above noted reasons is common practice in the video streaming industry.

When your subscription renews, you’ll be required to pay the original rate/price at which you subscribed (as long as you stay subscribed and do not cancel your subscription). If you cancel your subscription for any reason and then later decide to re-subscribe, you will be required to pay the published rate for new subscribers, minus any discount you may have been offered. BH On Demand subscribers will be notified if this policy changes.

Please be aware that promotional rates do not carry over during renewals or re-subscriptions.

In May 2022 Body Harmonics On Demand launched an exciting new Pro membership.  Our Pro membership is dedicated to keeping Pilates/movement professionals and enthusiasts educated and moving.

You can get started with a Pro membership with just a few easy steps!

Option 1. Select a video that is in the Pro membership category (or as identified in the video thumbnail). You will see an option that says “Upgrade your subscription to access this content” and a button that says “Upgrade now” once you click this button you can follow the steps to upgrade your account.

Option 2. Login to your account. Select the “Account” button in the upper menu. Select “Billing” and then under “Active Plan” you will see a button that says “Change Plan” and you can select the plan that’s right for you!

At Body Harmonics, our mission is to help people transform their lives through movement and health. As we continue to grow the Body Harmonics On Demand platform, we have found that some videos are best suited towards “movers” and some are more technical and are a better fit for industry professionals/enthusiasts within the Pilates and movement industry.

In the spring of 2022 Body Harmonics on Demand launched our Pro level membership which provides approximately 25% more exercise programs, workshops and material for Pro members.

Our traditional level of membership has been renamed “Mover” membership and we will continue to add fresh content to this membership as frequently as ever.

At Body Harmonics we are excited to keep both our Movers and or Pros moving and we can’t wait to hear your feedback!

We offer free trials with all of our memberships so that you can try Body Harmonics On Demand before being billed. If you decide to cancel your membership, we would, of course, be very sorry to see you go. To avoid being charged and/or having your membership automatically renew, we recommend that you cancel your membership prior to the end of your free trial or prior to your next renewal date. If you cancel after your free trial, access to your membership will continue to the end of your paid membership period.

Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis and not more than 30 days after initial billing.

For extenuating circumstances (e.g. injury or travel) that prevent you from being able to use or access BH On Demand, please reach out to us prior to cancelling your membership as we may have a solution for you: ondemand@bodyharmonics.com.

Technical Questions

• Go to BHonDemand.com and sign into your account

• Under your account (the coloured icon in the top right corner), click “Active Packages”

• Select the eBook you purchased by clicking “View”

• Click the icon one more time, and you can view the eBook online and have the option to download

• Save the file to your computer or mobile device

NOTE: as there are too many variables for PDFs being viewed on smart devices. Please search online for the solution, app or PDF reader that works best for you

• Login to BHonDemand.com or use the BH On Demand app that you have downloaded to your device

• Select your video

• Play the video in your browser

• Why is the sound not working?

• Please adjust the volume settings/controls on your computer or device (all of our videos have been tested and the audio works)

PC/MAC via any web browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, etc.)

• iPhone (search Body Harmonics in App Store; download and login)

• iPad (search Body Harmonics in App Store; download and login)

• Android Phones/Tablets (search Body Harmonics in Google Play; download and login)

If you are interested in accessing our videos on another device, please email us at ondemand@bodyharmonics.com as it is an option if there is demand.

• Only registered users with subscriptions or paid eBooks can access the apps

• The app does not offer anything for non-paying customers

• This is likely the result of your local Internet connection not working properly

• Please contact your Internet provider to see if there is any issues with the line

• Perhaps the wifi in your house is not as strong in some rooms as others

• You can go to speedtest.net to check the speed of your Internet (you can run speedtest.net in different rooms to see which room is better)

• If you are not getting above 20mbps, please contact your Internet service provider and ask them to increase your speed to all you to stream videos

You can use AirPlay to watch your videos on their TV by playing from your Mac, iPad, or iPhone.

To watch videos by using AirPlay:

• Make sure your Apple TV is set-up
• Make sure your Apple device is logged on to the same WiFi network as your Apple TV
• Open the video on your Apple device and click on the AirPlay icon
• In the pop-up that appears, select the desired TV and the video will begin playing

You can use Chromecast to watch your videos on their TV by casting from their laptop, tablet, or phone.

To watch videos by using Chromecast:

• Make sure Chromecast is set up on your TV
• Make sure your laptop or device is logged on to the same WiFi network as your TV
• Open the video on your laptop or device and click on the Chromecast icon
• In the pop-up that appears, select the desired TV and cast

Casting options when using Chromecast
1. Using the Google Chrome web browser is supported
2. Casting from an iPhone and Android native apps is supported
3. Using an iPhone/iPad (iOS devices) web browser, either Safari or Google Chrome, it’s not possible due to limitations from Apple (Airplay is supported instead)
4. Using the Android web browser and Google Chrome is supported. While it is possible to cast from other web browsers, it cannot be guaranteed

5. You can cast only to Chromecast devices or Android boxes, such as Xiaomi Mi TV.

If you do not have the option for Chromecast or Airplay, you can still watch your videos on your TV by directly connecting their laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable.

To connect a laptop to a TV with an HDMI cable:
• Locate the HDMI port on the laptop and the HDMI Port on the TV
• Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the laptop
• Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the TV
• Using your TV remote, switch the Input to HDMI

Please note that videos may be downloaded via the apps and the devices noted below. Once a video has been downloaded it will remain accessible offline for 30 days after which it will be deleted and you will need to download it again.

Download the Body Harmonics App in the Apple App Store; login with your Body Harmonics on Demand account and you can download to your device
• Navigate to the exercise video you wish to download and click the download button to download the video (circle icon with an arrow inside pointing down)
• Once you video is fully downloaded to the app you will see the same icon replaced with a grey checkbox indicating you have successfully downloaded that video
• To manage your downloads within iOS click on your avatar icon on the upper left of home page within the iOS app (often your first and last initials)
• Select “Downloads” and you can delete the downloads you are finished with

Please note these downloads will take up storage within your iOS device so you many choose to temporarily delete some apps, music or photos if you are short on space.

As with most streaming video platforms (e.g. Netflix), it is not possible to download BH On Demand videos directly to a computer.

On Apple TV using Airplay or a newer television with builtin Airplay with the iOS app (iPad, iPhone):

• Download the Body Harmonics App in the Apple App Store; login with your Body Harmonics on Demand account and you can download to your device
• Provided both the iOS device and the Apple TV are connected to the same Wifi network you should be able to Airplay to your Apple TV provided your Apple TV is a 4th generation device. For more information on how to use Airplay click here
• If you have a newer smart tv and would like to see if your television is on the list of Airplay devices please click here
• By downloading the videos to your iOS device you will not be required to use internet provided you are connected to an iOS device with and are able to connect via wifi to AirPlay
